Yet Technologies is a Luxembourg company. We publish LuxLex Law and three sister sites covering Germany, France and Belgium. This site is funded by referral: when a user describes their project, we point them to one or more independent lawyers who may be able to help. We do not set those lawyers' fees and we take no commission on the matters they handle.

2. Who writes and reviews our content

LuxLex Law's pages are produced by the yet.lu legal editorial team, an in-house team responsible for research, writing and review. We made a deliberate transparency choice: rather than attributing our articles to a "star lawyer" who did not write them, we sign collectively, in the name of the editorial team, and we take editorial responsibility for what we publish. Individualised advice, by contrast, rests solely with the independent lawyers we refer you to.

3. How we verify the figures

Luxembourg company law and taxation turn on precise thresholds, rates and deadlines. To avoid approximations, we apply one simple rule:

• A single source of truth. Every published figure (a SARL's minimum capital, the effective corporate tax rate in Luxembourg City, the SOPARFI participation-exemption thresholds, the MiCA/CASP capital classes, the funds' subscription tax…) is tied to an internal reference file. A figure that is not in it is not treated as verified and is not published as fact.
• Primary and professional sources. Our values are cross-checked against primary sources (legal texts, Luxembourg registers and regulators such as the RCS/LBR and the CSSF) and against the tax summaries of leading firms. Where practitioners disagree, we keep the more conservative figure.
• Estimates kept separate from statutory values. When something is a market estimate rather than a statutory value — a formation timeline, a fee range — it is presented as such, with measured wording ("typically", "indicative"), never as a guarantee.
• A verification date and a review date. Our content carries a visible "last updated" date and is tied to a reference tax year. We schedule a review after each Luxembourg budget law, which usually lands in late December.

4. Standing disclaimers

Every service page and guide displays standardised disclaimers that restate our status (a referral marketplace, not a law firm), the date the information was verified, the indicative nature of fee ranges and timelines, and the fact that submitting a form creates no lawyer-client relationship. These disclaimers are not decorative: they mark the line between what we can assert and what must be confirmed with a professional.

5. Our model: a referral marketplace

We want to be clear about our economics, because they explain our content. LuxLex Law is not paid to sell you a legal service — we sell none. We are a technology platform that connects people with a project in Luxembourg (forming a company, structuring a holding, obtaining a CASP authorisation, launching a fund, relocating) with independent lawyers who then practise law under their own professional responsibility and insurance. Our content exists so that you reach that referral already informed, not to replace the lawyer.

6. Corrections and reporting

Despite our checks, an error remains possible and the rules change. If you spot an inaccuracy, write to legal@yet.lu: we verify the report against our sources and correct the page if needed, updating its date. For general questions and referrals, write to contact@global-lexlaw.com.
